New Horizons: Crescent The Fern Budhni to Open in 2026

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed a new hotel project, Crescent The Fern Budhni, in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, further strengthening its footprint in North India.

The upcoming property will be the group’s 21st hotel in the region and will feature 82 rooms and suites designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and lounge café, a conference room, and two banquet halls to host corporate meetings and social events. The hotel is scheduled to open in the first half of 2026.

Crescent The Fern Budhni will focus on delivering contemporary, sustainable hospitality, addressing the rising demand for quality accommodation in emerging destinations. Commenting on the development, Suhail Kannampilly, Managing Director of The Fern Hotels & Resorts, said, “India’s hospitality growth story is increasingly being shaped by emerging destinations that are benefiting from infrastructure development, improved connectivity and evolving travel demand.”
