Neworld Developers has unveiled an ambitious plan to generate Rs 5,000 crore in revenue from its upcoming real estate projects over the next five years. The company is set to deliver a range of developments, including integrated townships, luxury villas, resorts, and hospitality-driven properties in prime locations.
A major highlight of this expansion is the upcoming township project in Goa, slated for launch in May 2025. This development will offer premium amenities and robust infrastructure, with excellent connectivity to the MOPA Airport. All required state approvals, including non-agricultural (NA) registration and occupancy certificate (OC), have been secured, ensuring full transparency for potential buyers.
The company has acquired 182 acres of prime land across Goa and Maharashtra, with plans for a township that goes beyond traditional second-home offerings. The development will include a blend of plotted developments, high-end villas, and resort-style residences. The first phase, valued at Rs 400 crore, is on track for possession in the near future.
