NLC India Strikes Gold in Critical Minerals and Green Energy Expansion

NLC India has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Government of Telangana for a composite licence for two critical mineral blocks in the Sanga Reddy district: the Govindpur block and the Parvathapur block, both containing vanadium, titanium, and aluminous laterite. This follows NLC India's success as the preferred bidder during the Ministry of Mines' seventh tranche of critical and strategic mineral auctions, advancing the company's strategic diversification into critical minerals.

In parallel, NLC India Renewables (NIRL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NLC India, has established a joint venture with the Odisha Renewable Energy Development Agency (OREDA) named NIRL OREDA Renewables to expand its clean energy footprint.
