NSL Constructions Seals ₹169.51 Cr. Deal for Flagship Mysore Unity Mall

NSL Constructions has been selected as the lowest bidder (L1) for the design, engineering, and procurement (EPC Mode II) of the Unity Mall project in Mysore, Karnataka.

The contract, valued at ₹169.51 crore, covers end-to-end development of the mall, which is expected to enhance the city’s retail and commercial infrastructure while driving further economic growth.

The L1 designation, awarded by the National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC), reinforces NSL Constructions’ strong presence in large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects across India.
