Delhi-NCR-based real estate firm ONE Group Developers has launched its latest low-rise residential project, The Clermont, in Mohali, Punjab, with a projected revenue of ₹400 crore.
Spanning a built-up area of 4.75 lakh sq. ft., The Clermont will feature 27 towers comprising 216 independent three-BHK floors, with prices starting at ₹1.60 crore. The project will be developed with an initial investment of ₹100 crore, with subsequent phases financed through internal cash flows.
Designed for completion within three years, the project will employ advanced aluminum formwork technology to ensure structural quality and timely delivery. The Clermont will be integrated into the existing ONE City Hamlet township, strengthening Mohali’s position as a key growth corridor in Punjab’s real estate market.
ONE Group Developers, active across six North Indian states, currently oversees 18 projects—10 residential and 8 commercial. The firm had earlier announced plans to invest ₹1,200 crore in Mohali over the next two years, underlining its commitment to the region’s emerging status as a hotspot for homebuyers and investors.
