Optiemus, holding a majority stake, will capitalise on its state-of-the-art manufacturing infrastructure within India.
The joint venture aims to develop and deliver smart hardware solutions across payments, retail, logistics, and AI-driven applications, offering robust, locally manufactured alternatives to imported technologies. Beyond driving digital transformation, the collaboration is expected to contribute significantly to employment generation and skill development, further positioning India as a global hub for smart hardware innovation.
