Parsvnath La-Tropicana: Civil Lines' New Landmark in Luxury Living

Parsvnath Developers, through its subsidiary Parsvnath Landmark Developers, is developing Parsvnath La-Tropicana, a premium group housing project located in the upscale Civil Lines area of Delhi.

Phase I of the project received a Fire Safety Certificate from the Delhi Fire Services on September 9, 2025, marking a key milestone. Spanning 16.82 acres on Magazine Road, the development offers strong connectivity to major residential and commercial zones across the city.

The project includes a total of 505 flats, with fit-outs completed for 353 units. It is being developed in three phases:

Phase I: Comprising seven towers with 169 flats, this phase is nearly complete, with most units already handed over.

Phase II: Includes nine towers with 180 flats, also nearing completion with the majority of units delivered.

Phase III: Consists of five towers with 156 flats. Fit-outs for one tower (22 flats) are finished, while construction on the remaining four towers is progressing swiftly, with final delivery expected within 2025.

Parsvnath Developers has a nationwide presence across 37 major cities in 13 states and has successfully delivered 68 projects, ranging from residential and commercial developments to malls and affordable housing.
