Patil Shah Housing Corporation planning to set up Residential Complex Project in Maharashtra

Patil Shah Housing Corporation is making plans to build a new housing complex in Gangapur, Nashik, Maharashtra. Goda Spandan is the name of the project, and it should be done in 2030. The project will be built in a good spot in Gangapur, close to major roads and highways. It will have a total of 145 flats, and they will all be 4 BHK. The flats will be big and well-made, and they will have all the latest conveniences. 

The project will also have some shared amenities, like a pool, gym, clubhouse, and play place for kids. It will also have green features, like solar lights and a way to collect rainwater. The Patil Shah Housing Corporation and the Nashik Municipal Corporation are working together on the Goda Spandan project. 

The project is being built on a plot of land that is 2.59 acres and is estimated to cost about 173 Crores. Goda Spandan is an important project for the city of Nashik. It will give people who are moving there much-needed places to live and also help the business of the area. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
