Patna High Court Mega Tender: ₹300 Cr Development

The Building Construction Department of Bihar has issued a tender for developing multiple multi-storey structures within the Patna High Court campus. The project includes administrative and IT buildings, an auditorium, an ADR building, a multi-level car parking facility, and residential blocks such as Type B, Type C, and Type D buildings, along with a high-side service building.

Designed to upgrade state infrastructure, the project aims to provide modern amenities to support both administrative functions and residential requirements. The estimated project cost is ₹299.9 crore, and the bid submission deadline is 7 January 2026.
