HLL Infra Tech Services Ltd. (HITES), on behalf of the Mizoram Tourism Development Authority (MTDA), has invited bids for the construction of the PM-Ekta Mall in Aizawl, Mizoram. The project will be implemented on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.
The scope includes architectural and structural design, service design, securing statutory approvals, full construction execution, and final handover of the operational facility.
The project is valued at Rs 107.65 crore with a completion period of 24 months. The bid submission deadline is 24 June 2025.
The proposed Ekta Mall will comprise 36 commercial units, each representing a state or union territory to promote One District One Product (ODOP). Additionally, there will be 11 stalls for Mizoram’s districts, with equal space allocation for all.
