Prestige Golfshire: A New Standard for Second Homes.

Prestige Group is set to expand its flagship Golfshire luxury brand beyond Bengaluru, unveiling plans for golf-themed, resort-style residential communities in Goa, Lonavala, and Hyderabad.

Each project will span 300–400 acres on the outskirts of these cities and feature an integrated 18-hole golf course, high-end villas, luxury hotels, convention centres, and exclusive lifestyle clubs. Modeled on the acclaimed 275-acre Prestige Golfshire at Nandi Hills, which includes a JW Marriott, premium residences, and a championship golf course, the new developments will cater to high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate executives seeking luxury-driven second homes.

In Lonavala, Prestige has partnered with Mumbai-based Valor Estate (formerly DB Realty) for a 400-acre site, with plans to develop golf villas, luxury apartments, a hotel, and a possible education hub. The group already owns land parcels in Goa and Lonavala, while land acquisition in Hyderabad is currently underway.

The move comes amid a post-pandemic surge in demand for large-format luxury second homes, particularly in premium destinations like Alibaug and Lonavala, which have attracted heightened interest from both developers and discerning buyers.
