Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects plans to invest ₹8,000–10,000 crore over the next two to three years to expand its footprint in West India, with a focus on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
The company has already launched residential projects worth ₹25,000 crore in MMR, with six ongoing developments covering 8.81 million sq. ft. In Pune, Prestige holds a 50-acre land parcel and continues to explore new opportunities. CEO Tariq Ahmed highlighted the potential for more than 15 new projects over the next two years, aiming to maintain a balanced portfolio of residential and commercial assets.
Prestige’s West India operations contribute 20% of the company’s overall revenue. The company is also actively pursuing redevelopment initiatives, including slum rehabilitation and society redevelopment, with a strategic focus on micro-markets such as Thane, Navi Mumbai, Goregaon, Borivali, and Andheri.
