Puraniks Group has announced the launch of ‘Puraniks Rahayu’, a ₹800 crore wellness-themed residential project in Thane, introducing the concept of “self-healing homes” in the mid-income housing segment.
Spread across a 10-acre land parcel along the Ghodbunder Road corridor, the project is planned as a gated township centred on wellness-driven living. It will comprise four high-rise towers of 45 storeys each, offering over 1,200 residential units. The development includes 1 and 2 BHK apartments, along with larger three- and four-BHK double-unit configurations, catering to a broad spectrum of urban homebuyers. With a total construction footprint of 22,788.47 sq. m, it is positioned among the tallest developments in its category.
The project is supported by financing from Phoenix ARC as part of a broader ₹1,130 crore funding plan. Puraniks Group reported revenue of ₹525 crore in FY25 and is targeting ₹1,000 crore in FY26, while continuing to expand its presence in Thane with a growing portfolio of completed and ongoing housing projects.
