Puravankara's Subsidiary Wins Major ₹83.51 Cr. Luxon Project

Starworth Infrastructure & Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Puravankara, has secured a construction contract worth Rs 83.51 crore from Krishil WhiteAlpha for a commercial project titled Luxon, located in the Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru.

The Letter of Intent (LoI) covers the complete execution of civil works for the upcoming commercial development. This contract marks a significant addition to Starworth’s expanding portfolio in the commercial real estate segment and underscores its capability in delivering large-scale urban infrastructure.

The project further strengthens Starworth’s presence in Karnataka, particularly within the high-growth Whitefield industrial corridor. For Puravankara, the award reflects its continued strategic diversification beyond residential ventures, aligning with its long-term growth objectives in the commercial infrastructure space.
