Membrane Group India has partnered with Japan’s Kurita Water Industries to launch a new joint venture, Kurita Membrane India. Backed by significant capital commitments from both entities, the venture is set to provide advanced process water and wastewater treatment solutions specifically tailored for India’s rapidly expanding semiconductor and advanced electronics manufacturing sectors.

This collaboration merges Kurita’s world-class, globally proven water treatment technologies for semiconductor fabrication with Membrane Group’s robust local engineering, manufacturing, and project execution capabilities. By delivering high-quality solutions that meet the stringent requirements of chip manufacturing, Kurita Membrane India aims to become a foundational pillar in strengthening the country’s semiconductor ecosystem.
