Radhika Heights, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ravinder Heights, has received HARERA approval for two affordable residential plotted colony projects under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) in Gurugram, Haryana.
The first license (No. RC/HARERA/GGM/730/462/2023/74) covers a 39.43-acre development in Village Harsaru, Sector 89A, titled Bestech City 1. This project is a joint development between Bestech India and the Ravinder Heights Limited Group, along with subsidiaries Nirmala Buildwell, Radicura Infra, Cabana Construction, and Sunanda Infra.
The second project, Bestech City 2, spans 12.38 acres in the same sector and is being jointly developed by Radhika Heights, Nirmala Buildwell, Cabana Construction, and Bestech India.
These approvals mark a significant milestone for the Ravinder Heights Limited Group in advancing affordable housing in Gurugram under the DDJAY framework.
