Rajasthan's ₹113.5 Cr Canal Modernization Tender

The Water Resources Department (WRD), Rajasthan, has issued a tender for the renovation and modernisation of several important distributaries under its irrigation network.

The project covers:

Ghaghar Sub Branch Link (GGR): km 0.000 to 11.073, Jorkiya Distributary (JRK): km 0.000 to 26.617, Mammarkhera Distributary (MMK): km 0.000 to 37.098, Morjanda Distributary (MJD): km 0.000 to 37.004, Additional works on various other canals

The total estimated cost of the contract is ₹113.51 crore. The initiative aims to enhance irrigation efficiency and improve water distribution across these critical channels, supporting agricultural productivity in the region.

Interested contractors can submit their bids by 24 November 2025.
