Rajasthan's ₹43,129 Cr Petrochemical Giant Nears Finish Line

The State-Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA), chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, has approved 20 new industrial projects worth ₹4,353 crore across 11 districts, expected to generate employment for 7,815 people.

The projects span key sectors including chemicals, electronics, aluminium, tourism, infrastructure, IT services, power and renewable energy, and food processing. Major approvals include NTPC SAIL Power Company’s ₹710.27 crore floating solar project in Sundargarh and Envirocare Infrasolution’s ₹351 crore solar photovoltaic captive power plant in Angul. Dhenkanal will also see a ₹271 crore solar cell and module manufacturing facility by Annantham Solar Energies.

Khurda will host multiple renewable energy and electronics units, such as solar module plants by SR Dynamics (₹54 crore) and INEX Renewables (₹99.85 crore), along with a ₹60 crore LED manufacturing unit by Greatlane Surveillance Systems. Other key investments include Rashmi Metallurgical’s ₹600 crore iron ore beneficiation plant in Keonjhar and several food and beverage projects in Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, and Sambalpur. Tourism infrastructure will expand with new resorts and hotels in Puri and Koraput, while additional logistics, coal washery, IT, and engineering projects have been cleared in Jharsuguda, Angul, and Jajpur.
