RAS Infracon has successfully acquired a 28-acre land parcel in a prime location of Dholera, Gujarat, marking the beginning of a new venture—a luxury villa township, accompanied by a plotting project.

The company took a significant leap forward in 2023 with the launch of its first project, Elegance 1, in Dholera. The project garnered attention for its innovative blend of luxury and affordability, paving the way for the upcoming launch of Elegance 2.

Dholera’s rapid evolution into a major industrial and residential hub has been a key driver in the company’s ongoing focus on the area. The region’s robust infrastructure, government backing, and strategic proximity to major cities have made it an attractive destination for both investors and homebuyers.

Looking ahead, RAS Infracon is expanding its footprint to Uttarakhand, securing a 20-acre land deal in Dehradun and Dhanaulti. This strategic move underscores the company’s commitment to creating exceptional living spaces in diverse locations, broadening its geographical reach and impact.
