Raymond Realty on a Roll: Bags Second Bandra East Redevelopment Project

Raymond Realty, the real estate arm of the Raymond Group, has secured another significant redevelopment project in Mumbai. The board of Raymond Ltd has approved the redevelopment of MIG VI CHS Ltd in Bandra East, following a unanimous 100% vote from society members.

Located in the prestigious area of Bandra East, the MIG VI CHS Ltd project is anticipated to generate revenue exceeding ₹2000 crores. This move underscores Raymond Realty's aggressive growth plans within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region's real estate sector.

The MIG VI CHS Ltd project adds to Raymond Realty's recent joint development agreements for projects in Mahim, Sion, and Bandra, collectively valued at over ₹5000 Crore. With this addition, the estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ongoing projects in Mumbai City climbs to approximately ₹7000 Crore.

The overwhelming support from MIG VI CHS society members highlights Raymond Realty's commitment to delivering luxurious living spaces and its expertise in managing large-scale Society and MHADA redevelopment projects.
