The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued a tender under EPC Mode-III for the construction of additional residential quarters for staff and officers of the Reserve Bank of India at Char Imli in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
The scope of work includes the construction of 72 Grade-A quarters, 10 Grade-D and Grade-E quarters, one Grade-F quarter, one RD bungalow, and 28 Class-III quarters. The project will also comprise supporting infrastructure such as a swimming pool, a 33-kV electrical substation and a four-storey facility block.
The total estimated cost of the project is ₹130.13 crore. The development is intended to strengthen residential infrastructure and improve housing facilities for RBI staff and officers in the region.
The bid submission process will close on January 30, 2026.
