Replus Engitech, a subsidiary of HEG Advanced Materials, has partnered with Indus Towers through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to integrate battery energy storage system (BESS) solutions into India's telecom infrastructure. Over the next two years, Replus will supply a dedicated BESS production capacity of 1.5 GWh. The collaboration also focuses on scaling domestic manufacturing, expanding advanced energy portfolios like higher-capacity systems, and exploring next-generation sodium-ion technology to drive energy reliability and efficiency.
