Rhinox Launches Cutting-Edge Stainless Steel Plant

Rhinox has inaugurated its advanced stainless steel pipe manufacturing plant in Karnal, Haryana, marking a significant milestone in India’s precision manufacturing sector.

Spread across 11 acres with nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of operational space, the facility is engineered to set new benchmarks in precision, hygiene, and durability for modern piping systems. The plant features four advanced production units, including a fully optimized stainless steel tube milling facility with a monthly production capacity of 400 tonnes of SS304 and SS316L pipes.

All products are manufactured in compliance with DIN, ASTM, and NB standards, ensuring acceptance across global markets. The plant’s automated production lines utilize Autogenous Longitudinal Tungsten Gas (TIG) welding and online bright annealing, resulting in stronger welds and superior surface finish.

Quality assurance is backed by an in-house testing laboratory equipped for both destructive and non-destructive testing, ensuring the highest level of product reliability. Rhinox has also secured a robust raw material supply chain through long-term partnerships with industry leaders such as Jindal Stainless Steel, Outokumpu, and POSCO India, reinforcing its commitment to high-performance, pressure-rated tubing solutions.
