ROHL Sails into Mundra: A New Era of Upscale Hospitality

Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new upscale property in Mundra, Gujarat, further expanding its presence in key industrial and port-driven markets.

The hotel will be developed under a management agreement, aligning with ROHL’s asset-light strategy. Located in Mundra, the property will primarily cater to business travellers and logistics professionals, offering 103 well-appointed rooms. The hotel is expected to become operational by the end of 2027.

The property will feature a range of modern amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a wellness zone with a swimming pool, gym, and spa, as well as parking facilities for over 150 vehicles. It will also include expansive banquet space of 14,000 sq. ft., suitable for corporate events and social functions.

This addition further strengthens ROHL’s footprint in India’s growing hospitality sector and underscores its focus on strategic expansion across high-potential locations.
