₹1,100 Cr. Project: Godrej Expands in South Bengaluru.

Godrej Properties (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has acquired a 26-acre prime land parcel near Sarjapur Road in South Bengaluru, a high-growth residential corridor.

The company plans to develop a premium residential project on the site, with an estimated revenue potential of approximately ₹1,100 crore. The Sarjapur Road corridor is increasingly popular among homebuyers due to its excellent connectivity to major employment hubs such as Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and Electronic City, along with robust social infrastructure including reputed schools, hospitals, retail centres, and entertainment options.

Godrej Properties already enjoys a strong presence in the region with successful projects like Godrej Park Retreat and Godrej Lakeside Orchards, both of which have witnessed strong sales and positive customer response. This latest acquisition further strengthens GPL’s footprint in South Bengaluru and reinforces its commitment to delivering high-quality residential developments in key urban markets.
