₹180 Crore Boost: Core Green Sugar Ups Sugar Production in Karnataka

Core Green Sugar & Fuels Private Limited is set to enhance its presence in the Karnataka sugar industry with a noteworthy expansion project valued at ₹180 crores. The expansion encompasses the company's existing sugar units located in Tumkur and Kalaburagi districts, showcasing its commitment to growth and development.

With a focus on increasing sugarcane crushing capacity and bolstering the co-generation power plant, Core Green aims to significantly enhance its operational capabilities. The project targets an incremental sugarcane crushing capacity of 3,000 Tonnes Cane Crushed Per Day (TCCD), along with an additional 8 MW of power generation capacity.
