₹1,870 Cr. Boost: Puravankara's IKEA Deal in Bengaluru

Puravankara has entered into an Agreement to Lease (ATL) with IKEA India for two retail floors at its upcoming mixed-use project, Purva Zentech Park, on Kanakapura Road in Bengaluru.

The development offers 9.6 lakh sq. ft. of leasable and saleable space, with IKEA set to occupy the first and second floors, slated for handover in Q1 2026. Located close to Konankunte Metro Station and Forum Mall, the project emphasizes sustainability and holds an IGBC Gold certification.

Puravankara’s key commercial ventures—Purva Zentech and Purva Aerocity—are projected to generate a combined surplus of ₹1,870 crore, strengthening the company’s position in Bengaluru’s expanding commercial real estate market.
