₹2,000 Cr Potential: Godrej Lands Big in Mahalunge

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has acquired an 8.5-acre land parcel in Mahalunge, Pune, where it plans to develop a primarily group housing project.

Located in the rapidly developing Mahalunge–Hinjewadi corridor, the site offers approximately 2.1 million sq. ft. of developable area and is estimated to have a revenue potential of around ₹2,000 crore. The project’s strategic location provides strong connectivity, with close proximity to the upcoming Pune Inner Ring Road and the Hinjewadi–Balewadi corridor.

The area is supported by robust social and physical infrastructure, including reputed educational institutions such as Delhi Public School and Symbiosis Centre for Management. It also enjoys easy access to major IT and BFSI hubs in Baner–Balewadi and Hinjewadi.
