₹202 Crore Digital Science Park Tender Launched by IIITM-K

The Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management - Kerala (IIITM-K) has invited bids for the construction of a Digital Science Park at Technopark Phase IV, located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Valued at Rs 202.13 crore, the project has a completion timeline of 30 months and is envisioned as a state-of-the-art facility to drive digital innovation, advanced research, and technology development.

The scope of work includes the construction of multi-storied RCC-framed buildings with pile foundations, along with comprehensive integration of:

Plumbing and clean room systems, HVAC and electrical installations, Elevators and fire safety systems, Sewage treatment plant (STP), Specialised gas supply and data infrastructure, Yard and external development

This initiative is part of Kerala’s broader strategy to position itself as a leading hub for high-tech infrastructure and research-driven growth in the digital and IT sectors.

The last date for bid submission is 17 November 2025.
