₹2,200 Crore Vision: Trump's Grand Gurugram Project

Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers have unveiled a new ultra-luxury residential project under the Trump brand in Gurugram, with an estimated investment of ₹2,200 crore.

The development will feature 298 exclusive residences across two iconic 51-storey towers, each standing approximately 200 meters tall. Homes are priced between ₹8 crore and ₹12 crore, reflecting the Trump brand’s global standard of luxury. Spanning 12 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area, this marks the second Trump-branded project in Gurugram and the sixth in India.

Smartworld Developers will lead construction, while Tribeca—the Trump brand’s exclusive India representative—will handle design, marketing, sales, and project management consultancy to ensure top-tier execution. The project is expected to be completed within five years.

This announcement follows M3M Group’s first Trump-branded project in Gurugram, with possession beginning this month. The Smartworld-Tribeca partnership aims to blend architectural excellence with a luxurious lifestyle, targeting India’s high-end residential market.
