₹500 Crore Boost: Certus Capital Doubles Down on Real Estate

Certus Capital, an institutional real estate investment firm, has invested approximately ₹500 crore through secured private credit across four real estate projects—one commercial office development and three residential projects in Mumbai and Hyderabad. This brings the firm’s total secured private credit investments to ₹1,000 crore.

In Mumbai, Certus has funded a commercial office project near Juhu, where around 50% of the inventory has already been pre-sold. In the residential segment, the firm has backed a project in Prabhadevi, Central Mumbai, with structural work nearly complete and over 60% of units sold. Another investment in Andheri East has reached the top-out stage for two of its three towers. Combined, the Mumbai projects span 5.3 lakh sq. ft.

Certus Capital also marked its entry into Hyderabad with a ₹180 crore investment in a residential development covering 3.3 million sq. ft., planned in two phases.
