RSVM Hospitality has completed a significant land acquisition in Thane, acquiring over 18.6 acres in the Majiwada area for more than ₹498 crore from entities belonging to the Neterwala Group.
The transaction was carried out through two registered deals on February 20, 2026. In one deal, Chemicals and Ferro Alloys sold an 8.1-acre parcel for ₹239.9 crore, while the second involved the purchase of 10.1 acres from Uni Abex Alloy Products, a listed entity, for ₹257.8 crore. Both companies are part of the Neterwala Group and share common ownership links.
Thane continues to emerge as a key real estate hub within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), driven by improved connectivity, infrastructure development, and sustained residential demand. Areas such as Majiwada are drawing developer interest due to their strategic location and availability of large land parcels.
Industry observers note that such acquisitions typically signal plans for future residential or mixed-use developments, enabling companies like RSVM Hospitality to build a land bank in high-growth markets.
