Rustomjee and Keppel Unveil ‘Verdant Vistas’ Luxury Project in Thane

Rustomjee Group, in collaboration with Keppel, has launched its first luxury residential project in Thane, named ‘Verdant Vistas.’ This premium development is set to include 440 high-end units, with an expected gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,750 crore. The project represents a significant milestone for Rustomjee as it marks their entry into the luxury housing market in Thane.

‘Verdant Vistas’ will feature two residential towers, with the first tower offering 176 units and the second accommodating 264 units. The project will provide spacious three and four-bedroom apartments, ranging from 1,100 to 2,250 square feet. The development boasts over 25 luxurious amenities spread across three floors, designed to enhance the living experience.
