Sahyadri’s New Hub: Real-World Experience, Right on Campus.

Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management is set to inaugurate its ‘Industry Integrated Workspace’ on May 23, 2026, as part of its efforts to deepen industry-academia collaboration and build a future-focused innovation ecosystem for students.

According to the institution, the new workspace has been conceptualised as a collaborative platform where students will be able to work alongside industry professionals, engage in live projects, internships, and freelancing assignments, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world technologies and business environments.

The initiative aims to create a 300-seat integrated workspace and onboard more than 20 industry partners to support domain-specific learning and practical industry experience for students.

The college said the facility is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by enabling students to participate in technology-driven and industry-led projects with direct professional engagement.
