Sarthi Enterprise plans to set up Residential Complex Project in Gujarat

Sarthi Enterprise plans to construct the Samarth Srushti residential complex in Pal, Surat, Gujarat. The project is still in the planning phase, and the company has not yet disclosed specifics about the investment or completion schedule. The project will spread over 0.98 acres (4000 sq mtr) of land, comprises of total 4 Buildings (A to D), Building A of Lower Basement & Upper Basement+ GF (Parking)+ 1st to 14th Floors, Building B & C of Lower Basement & Upper Basement+ GF (Parking + Amenities)+ 1st to 14th Floors and Building D of Lower Basement & Upper Basement+ GF (Parking)+ 1st to 14th Floors with total 196 Flats including various modern amenities.Pal is a swiftly expanding suburb of Surat that is well-connected by road and rail to the city. 

Additionally, the area is well-served by schools, hospitals, and other conveniences. The proposed project is anticipated to be a significant addition to the Pal housing market and to be in high demand.The Samarth Srushti project is anticipated to include 196 apartments ranging in size from 2 BHK to 3 BHK. As of September 2023, The project is now in the stage of construction being started the work on the project will be finished in 2024, 2025 or 2026 It has been decided to hire a local contractor.
