Satya-Maple JV Commits ₹1,600 Cr. to Gurugram Luxury Project.

Satya Group, in partnership with Maple Group, has unveiled plans to invest ₹1,600 crore in the development of a premium residential project, Levante Residences, located in Sector 104, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.

The five-acre high-rise development will comprise three towers rising 47 floors each and will offer a total of 488 apartments. The project will feature spacious three-BHK, four-BHK and five-BHK residences, with prices beginning at ₹2.96 crore. Construction is slated to commence in January 2026, with project completion expected by 2030.

Funding for the development will be supported through a combination of promoter equity, participation from ASK Fund and internal accruals. The developers expect strong buyer interest, driven by the project’s strategic location on the rapidly evolving Dwarka Expressway and the increasing demand for premium housing in Gurugram.

The companies estimate total sales realisation from the project at approximately ₹2,000 crore, underlining their confidence in the long-term growth prospects of the region’s real estate market.
