Savvy India: Redefining Commercial & Social Infrastructure in Gujarat

Real estate and infrastructure developer Savvy India is significantly scaling its footprint across Gujarat, led by approximately seven million square feet of development currently underway in GIFT City. Building on its fully leased 2.5 million square feet of operational commercial space, the company targets the delivery of eight lakh square feet of commercial inventory by December 2026, followed by an additional one million square feet by July 2027.

Founder and Chairman Jaxay Shah highlighted the firm's strategic diversification into hospitality, GCC-focused Grade-A office spaces, pre-engineered buildings, energy, and social infrastructure. Key GIFT City initiatives will feature sports complexes, retail zones, golf amenities, and educational infrastructure. Beyond Gujarat, Savvy India is planning an exclusive villa development across 33 acres near Mandwa Jetty in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), while actively evaluating emerging opportunities in Dholera and Sanand.
