SBI Launches ₹311 Cr. Tender for New Amaravati LHO

The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited bids for the construction of a new office building to house its Amaravati Local Head Office (LHO) and other affiliated units in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode to ensure efficient project management and timely completion. This initiative forms part of SBI’s broader expansion strategy to develop state-of-the-art infrastructure for its regional operations and enhance overall operational efficiency.

The estimated project cost is ₹311 crore, and the last date for bid submission is November 20, 2025.
