SCR invites bids for comprehensive track renewal

South Central Railway (SCR) has released a tender inviting bids for comprehensive track renewal services covering various states.

The project entails the renewal of mainline tracks across multiple states, encompassing all types of mainline tracks on broad gauge (BG) routes within the South Central Railway network.

Under the terms of the tender, the selected service provider will be responsible for utilizing its own machinery, as well as providing necessary spares, consumables, skilled staff, and other essential equipment for the seamless execution of track renewal operations. This includes the operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, establishing a base depot, and handling all associated site work.

Interested parties are required to submit their bids by the deadline of January 17, 2024.
