SEPC has been awarded a contract by the Water Resources Department (WRD), Bihar for the ‘Jamaniyan to Kakrait Gangajal Uvah Irrigation Scheme’, a major infrastructure initiative aimed at enhancing water supply and management in the region.
Valued at ₹442.79 crore, the project involves the comprehensive planning, construction, and implementation of irrigation infrastructure, with a stipulated completion timeline of 24 months from the date of order issuance.
The initiative is part of the government's broader strategy to strengthen water resource infrastructure in both urban and peri-urban areas, addressing rising water demand and promoting sustainable regional development.
