Shree Kuber Pharmaceuticals will Manufacturing APIs in Rajasthan

Shree Kuber Pharmaceuticals is coming up with Active Pharmaceuticals Intermediates Manufacturing Unit Project at RIICO Industrial Area, Tonk, Rajasthan. This project will cost a total of 10 Crores. A total area of 0.5251 hectares, or 5251 square meters. For the purpose of power backup, a DG set with a capacity of 180 kVa and a power need of 500 kVA will be used. There are 5251 square meters of land in total. This piece of land is designated for use in industrial purposes. It has been calculated that the overall water consumption is 12.3 KLD.

APIs are the raw ingredients utilized to make pharmaceutical medications. As medication building components, their quality and purity are crucial to product safety and effectiveness. Chemical processes are used to make APIs, which must be carefully managed to fulfill standards.

Synthesize the API from its raw ingredients first. This usually involves chemical reactions. To eliminate contaminants, the API must be refined after synthesis. This usually involves crystallization, distillation, and filtering. Drying the purified API removes water. This usually involves vacuum or freeze-drying. Package and label the dry API for shipping to the pharmaceutical producer.

As on December 2023,  The project is now in the stage of construction being started. The completion of the project's work has reached the 40% mark. The work on the project will be finished by December of 2024.
