Signature Global Awards ₹1,144-Crore Contract to Ahluwalia

Signature Global has awarded a substantial ₹1,144-crore construction contract to Ahluwalia Contracts for its inaugural premium residential project, ‘De-luxe DXP,’ located in Sector-37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram. This significant development marks a major milestone for both companies.

The De-luxe DXP project will span 16.65 acres and is set to deliver 1,008 units across eight towers. The residential complex will feature a range of apartments, including three-BHK, 3.5-BHK, 4.5-BHK, and luxurious penthouses. With a total sales potential of 28.12 lakh square feet, the project aims to meet the high demand for premium housing in the area.

Designed by the renowned international firm AEDAS, the project is IGBC Gold-rated and includes extensive amenities such as two clubhouses covering 80,000 square feet, seven swimming pools, podium parking, and advanced VRV air conditioning systems. Additionally, the development will offer 100,000 square feet of high-street retail space, enhancing its appeal.

Ahluwalia Contracts is expected to complete the project within five years, reflecting its commitment to timely and high-quality delivery. Signature Global's decision to partner with Ahluwalia Contracts underscores its strategy to build upscale residential properties with top-tier construction standards.

Signature Global has previously delivered 11 million square feet of residential space and is currently advancing projects with a pipeline of approximately 32.2 million square feet of saleable area. This new project represents a key addition to its growing portfolio.
