Signature Global Goes Luxury with ₹6,000 Cr Gurugram Project

Real estate major Signature Global is stepping into Gurugram’s luxury farmhouse segment with a sprawling 194-acre eco-friendly development. Set to launch within a year, the project is projected to generate a gross development value of Rs 6,000 crore with realizations reaching up to Rs 10,000 per sq. ft. While diversifying into high-end residential spaces under CEO Rajat Kathuria, the company confirmed that the project operates independently and will not alter its FY27 pre-sales target of Rs 10,000 crore, keeping its core focus firmly anchored in affordable and middle-income housing.
