Signature Global Secures ₹875 Cr Boost from IFC to Fuel Growth

Signature Global, a leading Gurugram-based real estate developer, has raised ₹875 crore from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) through the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).

The funds will be utilized for developing housing projects and reducing high-cost debt, with ₹470 crore earmarked specifically for debt repayment. This strategic infusion is expected to strengthen the company’s balance sheet and support its growth plans.

Signature Global is targeting ₹12,500 crore in sales for FY26, supported by a robust pipeline of housing projects valued at approximately ₹14,000 crore slated for launch over the next five months. In FY25, the company achieved property sales worth ₹10,290 crore and has delivered a total of 15.7 million sq. ft., reinforcing its position as a key player in India’s real estate sector.

The issued debentures carry a coupon rate of 11 percent and will mature on 15 January 2029. Previously, IFC had invested ₹210 crore in equity, holding a 1 percent stake in Signature Global.
