Skoda Volkswagen Greenlights the New Kushaq at Pune Plant

Skoda Auto Volkswagen India has begun production of the updated Kushaq SUV at its manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune.

The rollout represents a refreshed version of the company’s mid-size SUV lineup for the Indian market.

Company officials noted that the Chakan plant is equipped with advanced automation and digital manufacturing systems to support efficient production. The updated Kushaq will primarily cater to domestic demand, with prospects for exports to select international markets.
