Schneider Electric has partnered with One Hyd Park in Hyderabad to deploy integrated smart home automation solutions designed to enhance connected, energy-efficient, and technology-enabled residential living.
The implementation includes advanced automation systems such as intelligent lighting controls with DALI dimming, scene-based automation, curtain motor integration, VRV and VRAC controls, touch displays, relays, sensors, and energy management solutions across apartments, common areas, corridors, and the clubhouse. According to the company, the integrated systems are expected to help achieve nearly 20 percent energy savings for the development.
The collaboration reflects the growing demand for smart residential infrastructure focused on sustainability, convenience, operational efficiency, and enhanced living experiences. Schneider Electric noted that open and scalable automation platforms with interoperability capabilities are becoming increasingly important in modern residential projects.
The development incorporates Schneider Electric’s SpaceLogic KNX system, enabling integrated control of lighting, climate systems, and curtain automation within a unified and adaptive smart home ecosystem.
The initiative also highlights the broader digital transformation underway in India’s housing sector, where developers are increasingly adopting automation and energy-efficient technologies in premium residential projects to meet evolving consumer expectations and sustainability objectives.
