Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of three new hotels in East India — located in Deoghar, Puri, and Ranchi — adding a total of 400 rooms as part of its strategic expansion in the region.
These new properties will introduce the Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, and Radisson Resort & Spa brands to East India, catering to a diverse mix of spiritual, leisure, and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) travelers.
In Deoghar, Jharkhand, the Radisson Blu Hotel will be the city’s first internationally branded upper-upscale property. Strategically situated near the airport and AIIMS, it will offer scenic views of Tapovan and Trikuta Hills, making it an ideal destination for pilgrims, wellness seekers, and wedding or event guests.
Puri, Odisha, will see the debut of Radisson RED along New Marine Drive Road, close to Puri Beach. Designed to appeal to both spiritual and contemporary leisure travelers, its proximity to the iconic Shree Jagannath Temple and the capital city of Bhubaneswar positions it perfectly for destination weddings and major events such as the Ratha Yatra.
In Ranchi, the Radisson Resort & Spa will be located on the Ranchi–Jamshedpur highway. Targeting the premium leisure and MICE segments, this hotel will be Radisson’s second property in the capital and fifth in Jharkhand, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to the state.
