Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL) has secured the Forest No Objection Certificate (NOC) for its proposed 120-room luxury five-star resort in Jawai, Rajasthan, marking an important milestone in the project’s progress.
The resort will be developed on approximately 40,000 square metres of land in Jawai, a well-known wildlife tourism destination celebrated for its leopard habitats and conservation-driven ecosystem. The site is located adjacent to Aaramgah Jawai Resort & Spa, part of Radisson Individuals Retreats.
Following the receipt of the Forest NOC, the project has entered an advanced pre-construction stage. Architectural designs have been submitted, and the company is in the process of finalising tenders for the civil construction works. Construction is expected to begin within the next two months, subject to remaining regulatory clearances and final land conversion approvals.
The development aims to strengthen Jawai’s position as a premium luxury tourism destination while preserving the region’s ecological balance, in line with SSCL’s focus on sustainable and environmentally responsible development.
