Tata Starbucks is embarking on an ambitious expansion plan in India, with the goal of increasing its current store count from 390 to 1,000 by 2028. The company plans to establish a new store every three days, extending its presence to tier-II and tier-III cities, while also expanding its drive-through outlets, airport cafes, and maintaining a 24-hour store presence.

In line with its expansion strategy, Tata Starbucks aims to double its workforce, reaching a total of 8,600 employees by 2028. As an equal joint venture between the Tata Group and Starbucks, the company is committed to fostering India's coffee culture and building stronger connections with its customer base.
