Sterlite Power, a leading power transmission company, has recently clinched a significant contract for Phase-IV (Part-1-Bikaner Complex): Part-B Transmission project in Rajasthan, aimed at facilitating the evacuation of an impressive eight gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy (RE). This transformative initiative will enable the seamless flow of approximately 8,000 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy from Bikaner to crucial load centers situated in Rajasthan, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.

As part of the agreement, Sterlite Power will spearhead the development of a robust 6,000 MVA, 765/400kV substation located at Neemrana, in addition to constructing two 400 kV transmission lines that will span an extensive distance of 250 kilometers.
